Raziel is a Financial and Investment Management Consultant by profession. He is the Founder/CEO of CIDAN Investments Limited and an Adjunct Lecturer of Public Accounting and Taxation at GIMPA. He is also a Management Committee member of the School of Social Sciences of the University of Ghana and a Faculty Member of the Ghana Investments and Securities Institute, a training institute for licensing investment practitioners in Ghana.
He is a Corporate Finance Expert with significant hands-on experience on Corporate Valuations. He has consulted widely for both Government and the private sector. Raziel has over 25 years of senior level working experience in various fields including Economic Analysis, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Fund Management, Financial Risk Management and Consulting. He has significant exposure as a Board Member for many companies operating within Banking, Capital Market, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Real Estate, Healthcare and Tertiary Education sectors.
Raziel holds a Ph.D Degree in Administration with specialization in Financial Management from the Northcentral University (now National University), Arizona (USA); Master’s Degree in Development Economics from the Institute of Social Studies (Graduate School of Development), The Hague (Netherlands) and a B.A Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a member of the following Professional Associations: Licensed International Financial Analyst (LIFA) – USA and CANADA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute, Virginia – USA; Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) – New Jersey, USA; the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) – UK and the Ghana Investments and Securities Institute (GISI) – Ghana.
