The VITALITY Top-Up Scheme provides healthcare services not covered under the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). Scheme members under this plan uses both the NHIS ID Card and the VITALITY Top-Up Card to access medical services from healthcare facilities across the country. The Top-Up Scheme is available for both Corporates and Non-Corporate Groups and it is designed to cover approved medical services by employees/group members provided under their Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) but which are excluded from the medical benefits obtained under the NHIS.
