There is therefore a shortfall between the medical benefits provided under the SuperCare Plus plan and the approved medical benefits under their CBAs. VITALITY provides this Customized Corporate Plan to suit this category of companies by designing a Specialized Benefit Package tailored according to the medical benefits under their CBAs. Benefits under this plan include: Specialized Investigations such as echocardiolography, angiography, CT and MRI Scans; Special prescription spectacles, orthodopedic aids and prosthesis; Dialysis for renal failure, cancers, brain surgery, heart surgery, HIV/AIDS and Hypathitis; Special private wards; etc.
